Real Estate Management Platform

Overview

A real estate management web application designed to provide a centralized platform for property discovery and listing management.

The platform allows visitors to explore available properties across different categories, including properties for sale, rentals and temporary accommodation. Users can browse property listings, search for properties and access individual property information.

The application also incorporates user account functionality, allowing users to sign in, recover account access and submit their own property listings.

The project focuses on creating an organized digital property marketplace that connects property seekers with property owners and listing providers through a user-friendly interface.

The problem

Finding suitable properties and managing property listings can be challenging when information is scattered across different platforms or handled through manual processes.

Property seekers need a centralized platform where they can discover available properties, filter their search and access relevant listing information. Property owners and agents also need a convenient way to showcase their properties and manage their listings online.

The solution

Developed a real estate web application that brings property discovery and listing management into one platform.

Implemented property browsing and search functionality, categorized property listings for sales and rentals, individual property information pages, and user authentication.

The platform also provides a property submission feature, allowing users to add their own listings and expand the available property catalogue.

The result is a centralized real estate platform designed to make property discovery and online listing management more accessible.
